WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept full priced items purchased in new condition with tags and liners intact for store credit or exchange. If you purchased your swimwear using a discount code we accept store credit or exchange.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange, return for store credit or refund.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are stained.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR EXCHANGE?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
- You are responsible for shipping charges when repurchasing using store credit.
WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCHANGABLE?
- Items purchased in the last 7 days.
- Full priced items in new condition.
- Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for return.
If you are approved, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 3-5 business days.
